Purchases & Refunds

There could be several different reasons due to which your payment declined, the most common reasons are listed here- • Your debit or credit card was declined. • Your card is expired or out of date • You need to confirm your card • Your card company or bank has more information.
We don’t have a return or refund policy at Decode Careers.
First, make sure that the products you want to buy are eligible for the offer. To find that, select the product you want to buy and just below the price of the product you will be able to see the coupons that can be applied. Once they're all added to 'Cart', click on 'Apply Coupon' on the right-hand top corner of the page.

Making Courses

To change the username, please follow the following steps • Log into using your existing username • Then access your account settings, then enter the username you want under Username section • In the box Confirm Username that appears, enter your new username against the column • Save it, you have a new username now. Username once generated can't be changed. Not even from the backend.
You can use the unsubscribe link to stop getting our emails. Kindly follow the following steps for same- • Go to your Gmail account on which you are receiving email. • Open an email from the sender from which you want to unsubscribe. • Next to the sender's name, click Unsubscribe or Change preferences.
Use the following steps to change your password • Sign in to your account • Create your new password • Save your new password • To check log out and use your new password
If you have registered for the course today, then at times due to technical glitches it may not show up on your server until tomorrow. You can also contact to our Help Desk with questions about missing courses.
